Erasmus accreditation is a tool for organisations in adult education, vocational education and training (VET), and school education that want to open up to cross-border exchange and cooperation. Award of the Erasmus accreditation confirms that the applicant has set up a plan to implement high quality mobility activities as part of a wider effort to develop their organisation. Accredited Erasmus organisations will gain simplified access to Key Action 1 funding opportunities under the future Programme (2021-2027).

On April 10, 2021, at the National Sports Academy "Vasil Levski" – Gurguliat building, in compliance with all anti-epidemic measures, a dissemination event was held under the "WINTER SPORT IS COMING” project. The event was attended by sports specialists in adapted physical activity and sports, representatives of sports organizations, as well as young people with and without disabilities (physical and intellectual). During the activities the sports curling and floor hockey were presented, which are part of the spectrum of winter sports and the participants had the opportunity to get to know them in detail and enjoy them. The event was organized by the Bulgarian sports development association and the Adapted Physical Activity and Sport Sector of the NSA "Vasil Levski".

#SafeSPORTevent project comes in very challenging times for Europe and the World when the European Commission's main objective is the safety of all Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps participants and far abroad – protection of any further similar challenges that might come in future. #SafeSPORTevent main aim is to protect athletes, especially the youngest, from health and safety hazards by improving training and competition conditions and especially during forcemajor security threads that need to be handled by specific security protocols that at this point of development do not exist in sport sector. The project will support the mobility of volunteers, coaches, managers and staff of non-profit sport organisations for educational purposes and will enrich their skills and knowledge for reaction in safety and security situations. The present research aims to find the state of art of safety and security in sport sector. The collected data will be analyzed by the project team and the aggregated data of the research will be considered during planning the educational activities of #SafeSPORTevent project.

On Thursday February 25th, L’Orma hosted the online Kick off Meeting of the big collaborative partnership ‘Multisport Community Experience’. The 5 partner organizations (hereby presented in alphabetical order) are: Bulgarian Sports Development Association (Bulgaria), Dubrovnik Sports Association (Croatia), European Platform for Sport Innovation (Belgium), NGO Nest Berlin (Germany), and University of Thessaly (Greece). All representatives present at the meeting showed great enthusiasm to begin working on such innovative and ambitious project.

Sport For a Better World is a project that promotes innovative cooperation between NGOs, universities and public bodies in the sport sector across Europe. The programme is based on multidisciplinary training modules mixing formal and non-formal learning methodologies and digital resources. Parallel running sessions will introduce participant’s development theory, practice and philosophy, sport management and strategic skills, and develop managerial skills through a mentoring and coaching scheme matching people and professionals in practice based learning activities. Over the course of 24 months, NGOs and public bodies from TR and EU Programme countries join efforts to 80 people and practitioners to the real-world sport sector by developing coaching and training skills.

“Learning through mobility of sports’ volunteers” (MOVING) is a Small Collaborative Partnership in the field of Sport aiming to support the mobility of volunteers, coaches, managers and staff of nonprofit sport organisations. The target group will be people aged 18+ interested in volunteering to explore the possibility of a career in sport as well as to further strengthen their competencies. The project seeks to answer the priority European policy challenge of supporting volunteering in the field of Sport as a vehicle of employability, economic growth and social engagement. The partnership represents 4 countries (5 partners) at the bottom of the chart for volunteering in sports in Europe, with stable trends in the period 2013-2018 – Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy and Portugal.

On February 7, 2021 in Sofia, Bulgaria, in compliance with all anti-epidemic measures, a volleyball event was held, during which was presented an online training platform for volunteers, created within the framework of the ESVOL project, co-funded by the Erasmus + program of the European Union.
