#GoodGovernanceSport international conference will be held in September

On 03rd of February 2021 an online meeting of the #GoodGovernanceSport consortium was held online. The project partners has discussed the current situation in their countries, the state of art of the project and its achievements so far, as well as the following steps to be made in order to achieve project goals.
During the meeting has been adopted the online learning platform that aims to empower sport experts and organizations to implement the good governance principles in their daily activities. The online education is free of charge and after successful completion of the 7 educational modules, the participants can receive their certificate of good governance in sport. • Recommendations in online presence of sport organization;
• Are human resources important in the transparency of sport organizations;

Partners has also decided the final date for the implementation of the final project conference (initially planned for May 2020 in Sofia) that will take place in Bulgaria on 1st of October 2021 during the European week of sport 2021. The event aims to gather all sport stakeholders, interested in good governance in the sector and to allow them to discuss actual challenges and perspectives. Registration of participants will be available soon at project webpage and will present blended opportunity for participation – both online and offline.
In the #GoodGovernanceSport project framework has been also developed an international research, implemented with 28 European sport organizations and 28 National sport organizations that is available as open resource - #GoodGovernanceSport Research Report: #GoodGovernanceSport Research report
