On 18th of November 2020 the consortium of #Back2Track project has gathered in online environment for the final project meeting. The get-together was originally planned to be held in Rijeka, Croatia, but due to the COVID-19 was implemented through online platform. At the final project meeting has been adopted the Toolkit with practical guidance “Grassroots programme for professional sport clubs” that is available for sport organizations on the project webpage www.back2track.net and can be used as source of inspiration for sport entities to deliver grassroots activities for kids and youngsters.

The European Week of Sport #BeActive was held for the sixth consecutive year and between 23 and 30 September 2020 all residents and guests of Sofia had the opportunity to become part of the largest sports event in Europe. European Week of Sport is an initiative of the European Commission, which is held each September throughout Europe since 2015. The week, which takes the form of an awareness raising campaign, promotes the multiple benefits of sports and physical activity and everyone can participate, regardless of age, background or physical condition.

In the period 11-13 September 2020, in Koprivshtitsa was held #BeActive weekend - School Park Fest "Breathe Free", organized by the Association of Bulgarians suffering from asthma, allergies and COPD /ABBA/, Bulgarian sports development association /BSDA/, Independent Theater Company "Empty Space" and Sunday School at the Church of the Nativity - Sofia, with the assistance of Boris Podgorski, Municipal Councilor and Koprivshtitsa Municipality.

In the period 18-19 of July 2020, #BeActive weekend was held at the Monastery "St. Kozma and Damyan”, organized in partnership with the Sunday School at the “Nativity of Christ" Temple, Sofia, Mladost 3, the Association of Bulgarians suffering from asthma (ABBA), Class4YourBack and the Bulgarian sports development association. Over 50 children had the opportunity to have fun, study together and enjoy wonderful summer emotions, many sports and educational activities.

In June 2020, KLASA Athletics club held #Back2Track trainings, which included kids and young people from the capital. The trainings were aimed at increasing the physical activity levels of the participants after a long period of inactivity due to COVID-19 pandemic.

On December 4 and 5, 2019, in Brussels, Belgium for the third consecutive year an Erasmus+ Sport Cluster Meeting was held on “The role of sport in education: enhancing skills development and dual careers perspectives”. The meeting was co-organized by the European Commission and the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).

"Back2Track" is a project, which the Bulgarian Sports Development Association is coordinating and it’s aiming at analyzing the differences and similarities that sport clubs have in the approach to professional and grassroots sport and in innovative approach of including kids with disadvantage background in sport and physical activity. The project is aiming to find the way of bringing practical skills and knowledge in the participating organizations on how to manage a grassroots sport program together with the elite sport program.

Ministry of Youth and Sports organized "European Week of Sport #BEactive" for the fifth consecutive year. From 23 to 30 September 2019, people of all ages had the opportunity to get acquainted with over 50 sports and practice them freely. The campaign was opened by the Minister of Youth and Sports Krasen Kralev on September 23, 2019, and from 24 to 26 September between 10 am and 5 pm in Arena Armeec the Ministry has organized Sports Fair #BeActive Fair, in which the Bulgarian Sports Development Association took part .

On May 12, 2019, for the 11th consecutive year, Famillathlon, the largest outdoor festival dedicated to sport and entertainment, brought together hundreds of families on the Big field in South Park. It is held on the eve of International Family Day and the Bulgarian sports development association actively participated in the event, presenting the activities that it implements on various projects and together with KLASA Club organized sports entertainment for the children. The little visitors had the opportunity to learn about athletics and to experience the positive emotion of being active.

On April 25, 2019, on St. Nedelya square in Sofia, a children's sports holiday with outdoor games for the youngest was held, organized by the Bulgarian Sports Development Association (BSDA), Darko Team Athletics club, and the Association of Bulgarians wit COPD and asthma (ABBA). Along with the sports games, over 200 children from 4 kindergartens and 8 schools participated in painting of eggs, which after the decoration were given to the social kitchen in the courtyard of the church "St. St. Cyril and Methodius"at 47 Georg Vashington Str. The children took part in a religious procession, which started from the "St. Sunday" church, with the blessing of Bishop Polycarp of Belogradchik and was led by clergymen of the Sofia Diocese.

In the period 08 - 09 April 2019, a Sport Forum 2019 was organized in Bucharest, Romania, as part of the Romanian Presidency of the EU Council, organized by the European Commission - Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture and gathered over 400 policy makers from across Europe. The forum #EUSportForum was officially opened by Romanian Olympic Committee Chairman Mihai Cualiou and Director for Innovation, International Cooperation and Sport at the Directorate - General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture of the European Commission, Antoaneta Angelova-Krasteva, who shared: "The European Sport Forum, which starts in Bucharest, will highlight the future of the anti-doping system, the role of sports federations in European sport policy and their involvement in improving the conditions for mass sport for EU citizens. Enormous progress has been made in recent years, including targeted funding for sports through the Erasmus+ program and a constructive dialogue with sports structures at various levels, which has never been so purposeful and productive before".

Back2Track will focus on analyzing the differences and similarities that sport clubs have in the approach to professional and grassroots sport and in innovative approach of including kids with disadvantage background in sport and physical activity.As most sport clubs in Europe are implementing both programmes for high level sport and grassroot sport and most of the administration in this club has professional education and experience in the field of professional sport,it is needed to be created new approach for the sport club,focused on grassroots sport. In the same time, there is a huge number of kids with disadvantage background that needs to be empowered to involve in positive activities such as sport and to give them different perspective on their future personal and professional development as society members.
