#HEPOSI PROJECT OBJECTIVES ARE THE FOLLOWING:
• Exchanging good practices and elaborating a comprehensive Format for training youth operators in partner countries in the use of NFE as an instrument for enhancing physical activity and healthy nutrition habits;
• Spreading awareness and engagement of young people and stakeholders in the context of a Social Campaign implemented in all partner countries;
• Testing project methodologies with the ultimate target of youth in an international Youth Exchange;
• Developing a methodological resource (Manual) in multiple languages.
PARTICIPANTS PROFILE
• Aged 18-25 years old;
• Motivated and active in their local community young people;
• Able to communicate freely in English;
• Devoted to participate in the full duration of the mobility and to lead dissemination activities regarding its participation after the end of the youth exchange.
ACTIVITIES AND METHODS
Impact on young people (participants in the Youth Exchange) will be the development of greater awareness on the topics of the project, which will stimulate them to enhance their level of physical activity and health. At the same time, the participants will acquire experience in Erasmus Plus mobility and contacts with young people from other countries and continents, thereby increasing their interest and involvement in international mobility (including an enhancement in English expression). Youngsters will develop competences in the use of Non Formal Education, whose acquisition will be an added value for them in case they wished to be active as youth leaders involving their fellow young people in autonomous initiatives of non-formal learning. The methods that will be used are Non Formal Education.
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU?
• Medicines and insurance;
• Original travel e-tickets and invoices like train tickets, boarding passes, bus tickets etc. (fundamental in order to be reimbursed);
• Your personal belongings (shampoo, shower gel, hair-dryer);
• Bring your swimsuit and beach towel with you.
YELLOW FEVER VACCINE IS REQUIRED AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE (THE COST OF VACCINATION IN BULGARIA IS BGN 100-150, WHICH IS NOT COVERED BY THE PROJECT). TAKE YOUR VACCINATION CARD WITH YOU.
TRAVEL COSTS:
Accommodation, meals and activity costs is going to be covered by the project budget.
It is advisable to do a medical insurance for travel abroad, as it is not covered by the project budget.
Airline tickets will be purchased by the sending organization.
