BSDA IS PARTNER IN ACADEMY OF YOUTH WORKER 2

The project is a continuation of previous project finished with success “Academy of Youth Worker”, in which we prepared the program of working with Youth and establishing an NGO.
MAIN AIMS OF THE PROJECT:
• Helping Youth organization in Poland, Bulgaria, Greece and Macedonia to develop their institutions in the field of online tools, finances, and marketing;
• Building the specific network between Youth and Youth institutions in our regions;
• Spreading the activities offered by youth organizations among young people and motivate them to join it.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
• Increasing the knowledge and skills of youth leaders and youth organizations in PL, BL, GR and MK on using online tools;
• Increasing the knowledge and skills of youth leaders and youth organizations in PL, BL, GR and MK on building financial and marketing strategies and their practical use;
• Increasing the knowledge and skills of youth leaders and youth organizations in PL, BL, GR and MK on using effective ways of communication with stakeholders and using different ways of promotion adjusted to youth needs;
• Increasing the knowledge and skills of youth leaders and youth organizations in PL, BL, GR and MK on using other methods of organization financing than only projects;
• Increasing the knowledge and skills of youth leaders and heads of youth organizations in PL, BG, GR and MK on building engagement among youth;
• Building the youth network of min.100 members.

TARGET GROUP:
Youth leaders, youth educators from organizations, heads of youth organizations who want to increase their knowledge and skills.

OUTCOMES:
1) New, innovative program Academy of Youth Worker 2;
2) A virtual escape room game with case studies to solvie;
3) Promotional materials, labels, gadgets, posters;
4) Facebook group for sharing ideas and www page with all results;
5) Network of 100 persons from youth organizations, young people and local stakeholders - minimum 12 AYW2 Ambassadors who will build a network of AYW2 to share the results and new trands in youth-orinted activities.

ACTIVITIES:
• 2 transnational project meetings – Poland and Macedonia;
• 2 pilot training of the AYW2 program conducted by each partner- 40 hours, 8 participants at each pilot. After pilot will be a final exam – 80% will pass it – the minimum score. 70%, presence is required to start the test;
• 4 multiplier events in each partners’ countries – 35 participants per event. During events we will show, how to conduct AYW 2 training, which methods, tools need to be used. We will present our escape room game;
• Final Conference in Lodz with 70 participants.

• Academy of Youth Worker 2 Program with pilot trainings and best practices
• Youth Organization virtual escape room with case studies
